Allison Timmins is a Master Teacher of Ascension & Karuna Reiki, a Master of Neuro Linguistuic Programming (NLP) & an Advanced Practitioner of Aura Soma. As a Master Teacher fundamentally in Reiki, Allison coaches & connects those individuals seeking to align with the spiritual self.

Through recognising the energy pathways to alignment & restoring balance, Allison is able to help individuals be in their flow & return to a state of calm, peace & harmony. In her consultancy sessions she interacts with your energy field & aligns with this to raise your energetic resonance helping YOU to steer YOU onto your life path. A combination of coaching & energy work (sometimes hands on & sometimes hands off), Allison intuitively redirects your focus inwards to the positive attributes kept in the sacred cave known as the soul & expressed through the heart.

Mainly working through the vibration of colour, Allison is able to mirror your thoughts, actions & behaviours back to you with the “soul”  intention to illuminate your higher consciousness. At this stage choices become clearer, life takes on new meaning & the pathway begins to light in alignment with your souls mission.
